I thoroughly enjoyed my NADO Sunset glasses and received compliments on them regularly. They are an especially great fit for people with smaller heads like myself.

Unfortunately, I knocked them off my head as I leaned out the window while backing a trailer loaded down with a 13,000lb shed and knocked them off my head, and backed right over them like a dumbass. Incredibly, the frame on one side snapped, but the lenses did not and were almost completely unharmed, barely scratched.

I reached out to customer service and they replied within minutes, listened to my story, and gave me no issues whatsoever, just told me to pick my replacement pair and pay the shipping. They had the replacement pair in the mail within 16 hours and rush shipped them to me. l opted for NADO Ghost this time and they are a favorite and I wear them on duty every shift.

Can’t recommend Frontline Optics enough. From a first responder, thanks for understanding the struggle of needing quality shades without breaking the bank and honoring the warranty.
