Lost or damaged sunglasses on the job? No problem—we’ve got you covered.
Your sunglasses are designed to stand up to the challenges of the job, but over time, they may reach the end of their lifespan. When that happens, we offer a hassle-free replacement program to ensure you stay protected.
If your sunglasses are lost or destroyed in the line of duty, simply reach out to us, and we’ll provide a replacement of the same style, "No Questions Asked"! You’ll just need to cover a small processing fee of $12 (International orders will also be responsible for shipping costs).
How to Request a Replacement:
- Contact our customer service team using the same email address you used to place your original order.
- We’ll take it from there and get you set up with a replacement.
Program Details:
- This program allows one replacement per pair of sunglasses purchased.
- Does not include free item promotions or clearance sale items.
- Does not include accessories.
Prescription Sunglasses Replacement
Prescription lenses are covered by a limited version of our Replacement Program, which includes:
- Valid for one year from the date of purchase.
- The prescription must be valid at the time of replacement (not expired).
- Replacements must be for the same lens type and color as the original order.
