I ordered a pair of the Pomona Valor prescription glasses. The order process was fast and easy. It took about a week to get the glasses. I got them out of the box and tried them on. Immediately knew that something was wrong. I could see perfect out of my left eye but my right eye was blurry. I contacted Frontline and they were very prompt about getting back to me to remedy the problem. After chatting with them, they had me go to my optometrist and confirm my prescription(which ended up being wrong). After I confirmed my prescription with my optometrist, I sent the correction to Frontline. A week later they sent me a brand new pair no questions asked. And they are AWESOME!! They are a perfect fit and the prescription is now spot on!! I will be ordering another pair in a different color!!

Katherine with customer service was very polite and knowledgeable about getting the issue corrected. I appreciate that very much.

I also thought that the personal message right front the CEO was pretty awesome as well.
