work they will be great. Tired of destroying my more expensive pairs! I appreciate the warranty. Happy to support fellow first responder business.
I ordered my sunglasses on September 30th and still have not received them two weeks later. I emailed customer service to get help and was told that USPS missent my item, but it was still working itself through the system and I “should” still receive them. That was a week ago and I still don’t have my item, but you still have my money. I’m also a firefighter and business owner and I would never handle shipping issues that way. I would file a claim with USPS and immediately ship another product to the customer. Thumbs down to customer service.
Hey Eric, Sorry to hear about your experience with our team. I took a look at the correspondence our customer service department and it does look like they had tracked your package and it is still showing movement in the system vs tracking just freezing.
Because of this we put your order on a watch list to ensure it arrives. As we stated in the email if we saw no additional movement or the glasses were heading back our direction we'd be sending you out a new pair. Though this is a USPS issue we do typically see the glasses arrive undamaged. We did not receive any reply from you showing dissatisfaction with this plan so we continued...
That being said, we'll send you out a new pair as we had stated we would do in our correspondence.

This is my first pair of sunglasses from you guys and they are Great!! As a firefighter for many years, I have had many different sunglasses and wanted something that looked and felt good to wear and definitely have found it. I like the replacement plan option if something happens to them as we definitely beat up our sunglasses and I have broken my fair share. I also like the front impact safety glasses rating. Above all, I wanted to support a first responder company, and I will definitely be buying more pairs of sunglasses and encouraging others to purchase them as well.
